Carrie Belsito
Dr. Carrie A. Belsito is an assistant professor in the Management Department in the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. She completed her Ph.D. at Texas A&M University and received her B.S. (business administration/management) from California State University, Fresno. She has taught various Human Resource Management courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Carrie also serves as an advisor for both the Huntsman School’s student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as for the HR Games teams. Her research interests include the areas of strategic human resource management, discretion theory, organizational stigma, and business ethics.
