Student TeachingApplication Process:

Any interested Utah State University student should turn the documents listed below into Natalee Champlin, SEED Program Coordinator, natalee.champlin@usu.edu, located in BUS 309

  1. Current Resume
  2. Letter of Intent, including why you are interested in SEED and which location and semester you prefer
  3. Unofficial Transcript

Requirements/Qualifications:

LANGUAGE:

Students interested in applying for Peru must be fluent in Spanish. Ghana is English speaking.

EDUCATION:

Students in any major can meet the education requirements to become a candidate for the SEED Internship. There are three possible options:

MGT 3000(3): Entrepreneurship: Starting Your Own Business
*** Online Course that can be completed any semester**

(typically the route taken by most students)

OR

MGT 3510(2): New Venture Fundamentals
MGT 3540(2): New Venture Financing

(typically the route taken by student enrolled in the entrepreneurship minor)

OR

ACCT 2020 (3): Managerial Accounting
FIN 3400 (3): Corporate Finance
MGT 3110(3): Managing Organization and People (DSS)

(typically the route taken by business students)

Summer Internship 2nd week of May thru 2nd week of August January 31
Fall Internship 2nd week of September thru 2nd week of December January 31

**Summer is the most competitive semester**
