Intensive International Experience

The key component of the MSHR program is an intensive international experience, usually done in partnership with a global firm. Students travel with a senior HR executive and a faculty member to multiple international sites, gaining a unique perspective on the challenges of HR in global enterprise.

Traveling takes place in  March during the week of spring break. While the international experience is not required for the MSHR program, it is strongly recommended.
