Biography

Dr. Hayden is recognized as an accomplished educator and administrator with a strong leadership style that promotes academic and professional growth in students, faculty and staff. He has a strong talent for assessing and evaluating achievement and developing comprehensive plans that maximize student success and institutional growth. Robert is also acknowledged for his ability to consistently meet and exceed student and institutional goals through effective leadership.

Served as: Vice President for Academics at Otero Junior College from July 2008 through August 2010, Dean for the Center of Instructional Technology and Outreach at Brigham Young University Hawaii from January 2004 through June 2008, Dean of the School of Computing at Brigham Young University Hawaii from January 2001 through December 2003, Department Chair for Information Systems Department at Brigham Young University from January 1998 through December 2000.
