Upcoming Activities

February 27 & March 19, 2013 – Lego Simulation

 

This is a Lean tools implementation simulation. We will create a mock assembly line for Lego cars. During each round we will capture data points, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Between rounds we will identify improvement opportunities based on the data and make adjustments. The idea is to make the production of Lego cars more efficient and effective. We will have a one week break where you will be able to do research on different ways to improve.

March 26, 2013 - Guest Speaker Brian Hyde, Autoliv Plant Manager

 

Brian Hyde will be speaking on lean implementation through the Autoliv Production System (APS). Brian has been a part of building a culture for continuous improvement. He will speak to us about his experience and you will be able to network and ask questions.
