The master of science in management information systems is a 33-credit hour non-thesis program with a mix of core requirements and elective choices.

The Management Information Systems area continues to be very popular because of the very strong job market in this area. Salaries are excellent, and the job market is also very good because of the great demand for workers in e-commerce and information systems.

All students must meet admission requirements as specified by the School of Graduate Studies.

Real-World, Hands-On Classroom Environment
Advanced coursework includes information systems areas such as database management, systems analysis, data communications, and systems development. The core also includes specialized courses in lean manufacturing along with project courses that blend lean principles and systems development. These core courses will provide you with a systems background and lean management principles that prepare you to move into management and leadership positions.
