Mechanical Engineer, Alliant Techsystems (ATK)                                                                June 2009 - Current

  • Work on a engineering team to design parts and assemblies for space simulation chambers
  • Project manager for several projects for different primary government contractors
  • Perform basic finite element analysis simulations using computer software
  • Generate blue prints using C.A.D. software and produce job travelers for the shop floor

  • Converted metric units into standard units on mechanical drawings using Visual C.A.D.
  • Reverse engineered devices and parts to generate mechanical drawings and assemblies
