Biography:

Ben received his first Masters degree in Human Resources at the Jon M Huntsman School of Business in Dec 2010 and will complete his second Masters degree in June 2011. He received his Bachelors degree at Utah State University in Spanish Literature and History and is Fluent in Spanish. Ben's international experience includes two years spent in the Dominican Republic providing service and learning to better understand culture and how it influences our interactions with others. Great communication is very important to Ben and he knows that culture plays an important role in how people communicate and work together. Ben has experience working with the Hispanic population at Migrant Head Start where he gained great HR and management related experience. Ben also gained management experience managing an Ink cartridge refill store while working on his undergraduate degree. Last summer Ben completed an Internship with BD Medical in Columbus Nebraska  where he gained valuable HR experience. Ben is a SHRM member and successfully passed the PHR exam.
