Pierre Lefaix has always been looking forward for new challenges and learning opportunities in his personal life and professional career.  During his engineering studies, he participated in a European exchange program with the University of Karlsruhe, Germany and the University of Southampton, England.  Pierre also successfully accomplished several internships in the automotive industry in Germany, where his achievements and work ethic were highly appreciated by his peers.

 

Upon graduation from ESIEE Engineering, he joined Infineon Technologies in Graz, Austria, where he was responsible for the digital design of the “Alternator Controller IC” family. This product family required significant collaboration with international customers. Due to his linguistic and technical skills, he was a key player in developing and maintaining these business relationships. He notably contributed to the patent “Control Parameter Adaptation Dependent on Rotational Speed” (US 2010/0244787 A1).

 

Pierre was eager to discover a new culture and add significant business knowledge to his engineering background. Therefore, he decided to complete an MBA in the United States. He chose the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, because its four pillars were in total agreement with his personal values.

 

After graduation from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, Pierre joined the Junior Managers Program at Bosch. He is currently working in the division Starter Motors and Generators and is coordinating cost reduction activities for the account Renault-Nissan. Within the scope of his responsibilities, Pierre makes the most of his technical and business skills to lead Bosch to a sustainable success.

 

Pierre is fluent in English, German, and French. He sets high standards of performance for himself and always aims to surpass those expectations.
