Biography

Jim's love for learning coupled with a desire for organizational perfection led to an already accelerated start to his career, a springboard for future growth as a leaders' leader. Professionally, his main desire is to lead a small to medium sized organization to exciting and consistent growth, financial and strategic achievement, and operational excellence.

He decided that these economic times are perfect to regroup and develop his talents with a master's degree in business administration in order to emerge a stronger candidate for employment.

He is a self starter and loves to do hard things. He solves problems efficiently and effectively. He can appreciate being corrected, and responds quickly in a positive manner to criticism.

He is conversant in both English and Russian.
