Utah State University's Personal Financial Planning Program is registered with the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Board of Standards. Students who complete the following requried courses will be allowed to sit for the comprehensive CFP Examination. Students seeking a minor in Personal Financial Planning must be approved by the School of Accountancy and achieve at least a 2.5 grade point average in the required courses. The required courses consist of 15 semester credit hours as follows:
