Biography

Alexander C. Romney is an Assistant Professor in the Marketing and Strategy Department of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. Dr. Romney earned his B.A. from Brigham Young University and his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the University of Utah. He worked as a research associate at the Harvard Business School and taught at the University of Utah prior to coming to the Huntsman School. He teaches courses on leadership and teams. His research is focused on employee voice, meaningful work, leadership and teams. Romney's research has been published in the Journal of Management, Organization Science, Personnel Psychology, Human Relations, and the Journal of Business and Psychology.
