Cost-Benefit Analysis
I was trying to create a cost-benefit analysis to present to our stakeholders; however, we didn’t have information as to current processes and what financial information we where up to. For example, we needed to know sales, development, and operational cost. It would be so easy to think that we needed to only add the value of the benefits of a course of action and then subtract the cost associated with it; however, it was not that simple because we where missing information that only the stake holders could provide us. There are questions that only stakeholders can answer and defend. Before we met with our stakeholders, we tried to put a financial value, it is highly subjective though.

This is the final Cost-Benefit Analysis that was created by Johnson; I thought I would include what was the final analysis.

It has been determined that this project 's economic feasibility is very high.
