Brady Murray serves as the president of financial services firm MassMutual, where he oversees the organization’s Intermountain West region. His primary goal has been to attract top talent and to ultimately help the company become the largest financial services firm in the West. Under his leadership, the company has exceeded its recruiting expectations by 104 percent during 2013. “We’ve been fortunate to bring on some of the region’s brightest and most talented financial professionals.” Beyond his work at MassMutual, Murray founded Racing for Orphans with Down Syndrome (RODS Racing), a nonprofit organization that relies on athletes located throughout the U.S., Canada and U.K. “Our athletes race in endurance races ranging from a 5K to full Ironman to raise funding and awareness for orphaned children who have Down syndrome,” he explains. “Since our inception in 2012, we have raised over $230,000 and helped 10 orphans find loving homes.”
