Biography

Dan Rinehart started his career at KPMG and has audited various public and private companies, including federal agencies and non-profit organizations. He focuses his expertise in the industries of retail, construction, consumer products, financial services, insurance, auditing actuarially determined liabilities, non-profit organizations, and governmental accounting and auditing. Additionally, Dan is an expert in the technical nuances of mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity offerings. Dan provides management consulting and interim CFO services to various clients across the United States.
