Biography

Danna Redmond is an accomplished business leader with experience at Fortune 100 companies as well as small businesses and start-ups. Danna has a strong bias for action and delivering high-impact results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and excels at turning ideas into reality.

Danna started her career in leadership development and recruiting. When she discovered a passion for systems and technology, she was able to channel her HR expertise into IT systems and tools managing global implementations for corporate HR. She transitioned her skills into the fast-paced world of online media and online advertising where she managed global teams delivering sales readiness, client services, and technical support. Along the way, Danna focused on the integration of process and staff during mergers and acquisitions and divestitures.

Most recently Danna channeled her passion for organizational strategy and driving high impact results into launching TheCareerCue, a podcast geared at helping listeners navigate their careers by providing compelling interviews with business leaders, executives, and coaches on career development.
