Biography

Dan Hawksworth is Vice President Staffing. In this role he has responsibility for leading our Global Staffing Center of Excellence (COE) and is focused on several key initiatives, which include the implementation and expansion of our staffing co-sourcing initiatives and the Honeywell global contingent labor program (HGCLP) in North America, EMEAI and APAC; ensuring staffing capability to support our expansion in High Growth regions such as Indian, China. Eastern Europe and Latin America; and implementing our global staffing excellence strategies including: Improved metrics and reporting; Workforce & recruiter analytics; Integrated talent acquisition &
management; and contemporary approaches to university relations and early career programming.

Dan joined Honeywell in 2005 as the staffing leader for the Aerospace division (Aero), based in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, he was instrumental in developing and leading Aero’s Staffing organization and leading the North America co-sourcing program across all of Honeywell. Prior to Honeywell, Dan worked in corporate staffing roles with JPMorgan Chase and MCI. Dan also spent time on the agency side of staffing doing retained and contingent search work for the financial and telecommunication industries.
