Biography

Up until this year, Adam Finch’s professional career was spent in San Francisco/Silicon Valley. He has over 14 years of recruiting and recruiting leadership experience in corporate in-house and agency environments. It’s been his personal contribution to help transform how companies hire new talent. He has been retooling his recruiting processes with modern, personalized solutions that leverage social media, crowdsourcing, Boolean, web video & data analytics.

Adam has run his own boutique recruiting agency and have worked in start-up & large company environments with aggressive hiring goals. He has consistently met & exceeded these goals throughout his career. 

His career experiences have included talent acquisition, executive search, national search, client relationship management, team development & management across many functions & industries. His industry experiences have included Cybersecurity, FinTech, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, IT, Software, Hardware, SaaS, Healthcare, Entertainment, Publishing/Media, Social Media, Natural Gas & Pharmaceutical companies in many functional areas – Software Engineering, Sales, Operations, Product Development & more.
