Biography

Tracy Christman graduated from Marquette University in 1992 and began a career in public accounting with Ernst & Young in Milwaukee, WI. She transferred to the Grand Rapids, MI office of EY in 1994 and to the Salt Lake City office of EY in 1997. She was promoted to partner with EY in 2007. Tracy has extensive experience serving SEC reporting companies and companies that are considering or preparing for becoming public companies. She also services a number of large private companies and entrepreneurial growth companies. She serves companies primarily in the high-technology, bio-tech, consumer products, manufacturing, and service industries.

Tracy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in Utah and Michigan and holds practice privileges in various other states. Tracy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA). She is a member of Board of Directors and Governance Committee and the Chair of the Finance and Audit and Governance Committee of the Utah Food Bank, a member of the Women Tech Council’s Strategic Operations Committee, a member of the Utah State University School of Accountancy Advisory Board, a member of the University of Utah School of Accounting Advisory Board and a member of the Women’s Leadership Council of the United Way.
