Biography
James was born in SLC, UT in 1955. He is the son of James Overton and Vilate G. Chadburn.
James has lived in Las Vegas, New Mexico for over 17 years. He is currently the Bureau Chief for the New Mexico Department of Health and has also served as the past President for the Association of Governmental Accountants-New Mexico Chapter.
He has two children and three grandchildren.
