Biography

As O.C. Tanner Company’s Vice President of Strategic Account Management, Gail Bedke partners with organizations around the world helping maximize their recognition investment. Her expertise lies in analyzing and improving an organization’s culture-using strategic recognition as a tool to attract, engage and retain valuable employees.

With a background in Communication and Public Relation Consulting, Gail joined O.C. Tanner 23 years ago to develop the recognition strategies of several Fortune 100 clients. Today, Gail leads a team of recognition strategists in assisting some of the world’s largest and most successful companies develop cultures that appreciate great work while sharing best practices to enhance employee recognition.

Gail holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Utah State University, and lives in Park City with her two boys.
