Biography

Dale Siler joined the Utah State University faculty in 1979. Mr. Siler’s experience includes Assistant Tax Counsel for the Bank of America at its World Headquarters in San Francisco, California (1974-1977), Special Counsel to President Ford, Presidential Clemency Board (1976), Tax Attorney, Anderson, Nearon, and Falco, Walnut Creek, California (1977-1979), General Counsel and Product Manager, Ellis Equipment Co., Logan, Utah (1979-1985), Attorney, Private Practice, Logan, Utah (1979-85), Attorney, Hillyard, Low, and Anderson, P.C., Logan, Utah (1985-1987), Shareholder and Attorney at Law, Hillyard, Anderson, and Olsen, P.C., Logan, Utah (1987 to present), and President, Cache County Bar Association (1994-1995).
