*NOTE: Tuition for fall and spring semester for the MSHR Main Campus Program includes $2,500 (each semester for a total of $5,000) for the Global Learning Experience which takes place during Spring Break. It is an optional experience for the Executive Online Program; the trip cost has not be factored into the per credit hour fee for the Executive Program.

Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP)

Instate Tuition Opportunity For Out-Of-State Students

Designated as a WRGP, residents of Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming can attend the MSHR program at Utah State University for resident tuition.

Scholarships/Assistantships

For qualified, on-campus, full-time students we offer a limited number of scholarships and assistantships (out-of-state tuition waiver and $400 per month for working 10 hours a week). Please contact the MSHR office or see the Graduate School Finance website.
