What We Seek In Applicants

What are we looking for in applicants for the MSHR program? We are looking for mature and talented individuals, intellectually bright, values driven, and with a commitment to making a difference in organizational outcomes through the talent and performance of people. Strong HR professionals understand enterprise and the critical performance dimensions of the firm. They have a passion for strategy, and performance driven capability. They have the discipline to learn and understand the interplay between people, strategy and organizational dynamics. They are not afraid of data and analytics. They are confident, self-aware, and above all, speak the truth. They can come from a variety of backgrounds in terms of degrees (humanities, arts, sciences, education, etc.) and work experiences.

Application Process

To apply to the program, please submit the following items to the School of Graduate Studies, 0900 Old Main Hill, Logan, Utah 84322-0900:

• Online application
• Three letters of recommendation (2 from faculty)
• $55 application fee
• Official transcripts from colleges and universities you have attended
• GMAT/GRE/MAT test scores
• TOEFL Scores: 213 computer, 79 Internet (applicable to international students)
